Pavel has been working in the family company VAFO, which was founded by his father František, since turning 22. At that time, he had already become a successful entrepreneur organising music and cultural events; for example, he participated in organisation of concerts with Michal Jackson or Rolling Stones. When Pavel took over the company from his father, it had a turnover of 130m CZK. Just in 10 years, the company turned into the biggest Czech producer of premium animal food with annual revenues over 3bn CZK. Currently, the company has 210 employees and exports its products manufactured in four factories into 66 countries. Pavel is an experienced motorbiker, but you can often meet him on the way to the office on an electric bicycle.
